The centerpiece of Residence No. 6 is an enormous south-facing great room that incorporates the building’s only open kitchen. The home’s light-and-airy layout is complemented by a stunning blond-on-blond color palette. A master bath swathed in Pearl Onyx, is echoed by the honeyed tones of Zebrino Marble, Light Brown Onyx, and White Mirage Marble in the secondary bathrooms.

The Getty’s only sunken living room—a double-height expanse facing the High Line and Hudson River beyond—sets the dramatic tone for Residence No. 7. The rich Walnut paneling in the hallways and wide plank Espresso-Stained Oak floors are juxtaposed with an array of lighter finishes including the living room’s towering fireplace of silvery Aviana Limestone.
